Please contact the company that you made your original purchase through to get a product exchanged for warranty. If you are unable to work with the original company, you can email our Customer Care Department at firstname.lastname@example.org or call our toll free number at (866) 877-6637 to receive more info on submitting a warranty claim.
After you reach out to our Customer Care Department you will be asked for either the date code or ORIGINAL Proof of Purchase. In addition, we will need to send all of indicative information. After our Customer Care Team reviews your information you will be asked to either send the product back, or in some instances you will be asked to destroy the product. Please do not do anything to the product, including sending the product back until we have given you instructions or an RMA # (Return Material Authorization number)
Warranty Returns: All items, especially pumps, will be put through a series of quality assurance tests by the Aquascape Warranty Department. Credit for Distributors or Replacements for consumers will only be issued for items that are deemed unusable and within warranty. Product found to be in working condition will not be credited and shipping back will be at your cost. Your original proof of purchase may also be required to validate the warranty. Please note cutting the cord on a product will void the warranty. Replaceable or wearable parts (such as filter media, impellers, light bulbs, o-rings, etc.) are not covered under the warranty policies.
