The contractor who installs your pond is responsible for any warranties or guarantees they provide on their workmanship. Warranty coverage, terms, and duration vary by contractor and should be confirmed in writing before work begins.
There are two types of warranties to understand:
- Installation and workmanship warranties: Provided by the contractor, if offered, and may cover issues related to the construction or installation of your pond.
- Product warranties: Aquascape provides manufacturer warranties on eligible products, such as pumps, filters, and pond liners. Coverage varies by product and is subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms. See Aquascape product warranty information.
Certified Aquascape Contractors (CACs) are independently owned businesses, not employees or agents of Aquascape. Aquascape does not guarantee, insure, or warranty work performed by independent contractors, including CACs.
If you experience an issue with your professionally installed pond, contact the contractor who performed the installation first.
