Certified Aquascape Contractors (CACs) have completed Aquascape training programs and have demonstrated hands-on experience in designing, installing, maintaining, and repairing water features. They follow proven construction methods and best practices developed through decades of Aquascape installations in the field.
CACs are also viewed as an extension of the Aquascape Construction team within their local markets. This means they are expected to represent the Aquascape brand at a very high level, delivering consistent results that align with our standards.
Each CAC is held to strict expectations, not only in their construction quality but also—just as importantly—in their customer service. This includes:
- Clear communication throughout the project
- Professional project management and follow-through
- Providing ongoing support, maintenance, and service after installation
Non-certified contractors may offer similar services, but they have not gone through Aquascape’s formal training or certification process. As a result, their level of experience, construction techniques, and customer service standards can vary more widely.
