Your Aquascape product is designed so all components fit in a specific configuration:
- The filter sits on top of the container
- The pump attaches underneath the filter
- The decorative gravel goes in the bottom of the container
- The clay grow media goes inside the upper filter
- All cords should be routed through the built-in channels
If the filter does not sit flat, check for cord interference or improper placement.
