This usually means the pump is receiving power but cannot move water.
Common causes:
- Debris blocking the impeller (internal spinning part)
- Low water level
- Air trapped inside the pump
Solution:
- Clean the pump thoroughly, including the impeller
- Refill water
- Restart the unit
