The bulkhead fitting does not include a plug because it is primarily designed to connect to other threaded fittings. However, a plug can easily be installed if needed.
To plug the fitting:
- Use a male pipe thread (MPT) plug that matches the size of the bulkhead fitting
- Thread the plug directly into the bulkhead fitting opening
- Hand-tighten the plug and avoid overtightening to prevent damage to the threads
