Silicone tubing can become loose if it is not fully seated on the fitting, is being pulled or stretched, or has become stretched or damaged.
To secure the tubing:
- Turn off and unplug the pump.
- Push the tubing completely onto the fitting using a twisting motion.
- Make sure the tubing is not being pulled or stretched.
- Replace the tubing if it is damaged or has stretched and will no longer stay securely attached.
After reconnecting the tubing, restart the fountain and make sure the connection remains secure.
