If one aeration disc in your Aquascape 2-Outlet or 4-Outlet Pond Aeration Kit is not producing bubbles, check the airline tubing and check valve for restrictions or improper installation. Reduced air pressure may also indicate a worn air diaphragm cartridge.
How to troubleshoot the aeration disc
Check the check valve. Make sure the check valve on the affected airline is installed in the correct direction to allow air to flow toward the disc.
Inspect the airline tubing. Look for kinks, bends, or other restrictions that could prevent air from reaching the disc.
Check the air diaphragm cartridge. If the pump is losing air pressure, the diaphragm cartridge may need replacement. Always unplug the pump before inspecting or servicing it.
Replacement parts
If replacement parts are needed, the following are available for the 2-Outlet and 4-Outlet Pond Aeration Kits:
The troubleshooting instructions and replacement part numbers are documented on page 7 of the Aquascape 2-Outlet/4-Outlet Pond Aeration Kits manual.
