To maintain brand standards and ensure retailer success, Aquascape requires the following from any company wishing to become a retailer or dealer of Aquascape products:
- A physical retail location with clearly posted business hours
- “By-appointment-only” businesses do not qualify
- Proper retail zoning compliance
OR
- A fully functional e-commerce website that includes:
- Shopping cart capability
- Online payment processing
In addition, applicants must provide:
- A valid resale tax certificate or retail license (where applicable)
- Completion of:
- Retailer Authorization Form
- Credit application with supplier references
- Agreement to comply with the Aquascape, Inc. Unilateral Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy
