Cancellations can be made by contacting our Customer Care department or filling out our contact request form.
Because orders often begin processing quickly, cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. If a cancellation request is received after order processing has begun, Aquascape reserves the right to deduct non-recoverable payment processing or administrative costs, such as transaction fees already incurred, where permitted by law and where such charges were incurred as a result of the cancellation.
If the order has already entered the shipping process, we may not be able to cancel it. In that case, you can allow the order to be delivered and then submit a return.

About Your Aquascapeinc.com Order & Fulfillment
Your Aquascape product is ordered directly from Aquascape, but fulfillment is often handled by one of our authorized retailers through our order routing system, Quivers. Orders are assigned to the location best positioned to ship them efficiently—typically a retailer near you.
