Once an order is placed, changes are limited depending on its status.
- If your order is still processing and has not been assigned to a fulfiller, it will need to be cancelled and placed again with the correct information
- Once an order has been assigned to a third-party retailer or fulfilled location, changes can no longer be made

About Your Aquascapeinc.com Order & Fulfillment
Your Aquascape product is ordered directly from Aquascape, but fulfillment is often handled by one of our authorized retailers through our order routing system, Quivers. Orders are assigned to the location best positioned to ship them efficiently—typically a retailer near you.
The fulfiller of your order should be your first point of contact for any shipping or delivery questions, as they are responsible for processing and shipping your order. If you need additional assistance, you can also contact our Customer Care department or fill out our contact request form.
