- Orders are first routed through our system and assigned to a fulfiller (Aquascape or an authorized retailer)
- This assignment process usually takes 24–48 hours
- Once assigned, the fulfiller begins preparing the order for shipment
Common reasons for delays:
- Order is still within the normal processing timeframe
- High order volume or seasonal demand
- Item availability or backorder status
- Additional time needed for larger or specialty items
What to expect:
- Most orders ship within a few business days after being assigned
- You will receive tracking information once the order ships

Your Aquascape product is ordered directly from Aquascape, but fulfillment is often handled by one of our authorized retailers through our order routing system, Quivers. Orders are assigned to the location best positioned to ship them efficiently—typically a retailer near you.
