Warranty coverage is based on the original purchase date or product date code and does not restart if a replacement is issued.
- The warranty period:
- Begins from the original purchase date or date code
- Does not reset when a product is replaced under warranty
- If a replacement product fails:
- It may still be eligible for another warranty claim
- This only applies if it is still within the original warranty period
- If the product is outside of the warranty period:
- It would no longer be eligible for warranty replacement
