- Information required:
- Your RMA number (preferred)
- If unavailable, your full name can be used to look up the claim
- If your claim is approved:
- A replacement order will be created
- You will receive an email confirmation with:
- Shipment details
- Tracking information
- If your claim is denied:
- You will receive a follow-up email with additional details
- Processing timeline:
- Can take up to 2 weeks (10 business days)
- Timeframe begins once the product has been received by the Warranty Department
