Yes. Small dimples and surface irregularities can occur in EPDM pond liner during the manufacturing process and generally do not affect its performance or ability to hold water.
These imperfections can develop when material builds up on the rollers used to flatten the rubber into sheets or when tiny air bubbles form and pop between layers of rubber.
Minor cosmetic imperfections are generally not a concern. However, visible holes, punctures, cuts, or tears may compromise the liner's ability to hold water.
