How to request a registration change
- Submit a request through the Aquascape Customer Care contact form.
- Provide your name, email address, and original training event details.
- Explain the change you would like to make, including the preferred event date or new attendee's information, if applicable.
Registration transfer policy
- Registrations may be transferred to another event date or converted to event credit without penalty, provided the applicable transfer or credit requirements are met within the same calendar year.
- If a transferred registration is subsequently canceled, only event credit will be issued. Refunds are not available.
- Changes are subject to the applicable event policies.
