- Online stores: If you're unsure whether a website or online seller is authorized, submit the seller's name and website through our Customer Care contact form for verification.
- Online marketplaces: When purchasing through Amazon, eBay, or another marketplace, verify the actual seller, not just the website where the product is listed.
Why does authorization matter?
Aquascape's product warranty applies to new products purchased from authorized Aquascape retailers or dealers. Proof of purchase is required. Purchasing from an unauthorized seller may affect your warranty eligibility.
