If you are experiencing leaks around the lid, first make sure all clips are properly secured.
- Each clip should fully lock into place with two clicks
- The second click can require additional pressure and is sometimes missed
If the clips are fully secured and still not holding the lid tightly, or if they appear damaged or worn, the clips and axles may need to be replaced.
In this case, please contact Aquascape for replacement parts. If your UltraKlean Pond Filter is within the warranty period, replacement clips and axles may be provided at no charge.
