You may return most items purchased on aquascapeinc.com if:
- The return is initiated within 30 days of delivery
- The product is:
- New and unused
- In original packaging
- Includes all accessories and paperwork
Additional details:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Installed, used, or modified items may not qualify for a refund
- Returns must be initiated by contacting Aquascape first
- You will receive return instructions via email after initiating the request
If your order was fulfilled by a local retailer, your return may be processed through that retailer.
