The resolution depends on timing and condition:
- Within 30 days (return period):
- Eligible items can be returned for a refund
- Defective items:
- May be eligible for return or support assistance
- After 30 days:
- Issues are handled under the product warranty
Under warranty, Aquascape may:
- Repair the product
- Replace the product
- Refund the original purchase price (at their discretion)
