Replacing the Intake Assembly on the SL Dosing System
1. Disconnect Power
Begin by unplugging the SL Dosing System from its power source to ensure safety.
2. Open the System Enclosure
Access the internal components by opening the system enclosure.
3. Disconnect Tubing
Carefully detach the tubing from the intake assembly to avoid damaging any connections.
4. Remove the Intake Assembly
Gently remove the existing intake assembly from the system.
5. Install the New Control Panel
Position the new control panel in place of the old intake assembly. Reconnect the tubing securely to the new assembly.
6. Reconnect Power
Plug the system back into its power source.
7. Prime the System
Hold the x2 button for 3 seconds to prime the system and push the treatment through the tubing.
Ensure all connections are secure and the system is functioning properly before resuming normal operation.
