Step 1: Disconnect the Power Source
- Ensure safety by turning off and disconnecting the power source to the system.
Step 2: Open the System Enclosure
- Access the control panel by opening the system enclosure.
Step 3: Disconnect Wiring and Connectors
- Carefully disconnect all attached wiring or connectors.
- Note the positions of each wire or connector to ensure proper reinstallation.
Step 4: Remove the Old Control Panel
- Lift the control panel upwards and pull it out carefully to remove it from the system.
Step 5: Install the New Control Panel
- Align and position the new control panel, then secure it in place by reversing the removal process.
Step 6: Reconnect Wiring and Connectors
- Reattach all previously disconnected wiring and connectors to their appropriate ports on the new control panel.
Step 7: Reconnect the Power Source
- Restore the power source to the system.
Step 8: Test the System
- Test the system to ensure the new control panel is functioning correctly and the system operates as expected.
Following these steps ensures a successful replacement of the control panel and maintains optimal performance of the dosing system.
