Use the troubleshooting steps below if the remote is not responding or the color-changing lights will not turn on or off.
The remote is not responding
- Replace the two AAA batteries in the back of the remote.
- Pair the remote with the lighting control hub again:
- Disconnect the hub’s 2-pin quick-connect fitting from the transformer.
- Press and hold the Power/Pair button on the remote.
- While holding the button, reconnect the hub to the transformer.
- Confirm that all lights connected to the hub flash green, indicating that pairing was successful.
The lights will not turn on
- Press the Power/Pair button on the remote.
- Confirm that the electrical outlet is receiving power.
- Check the ground-fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) and reset it if it has tripped.
- Confirm that the lights are receiving the correct voltage.
- If the system uses a photocell, confirm that it is functioning properly.
The lights will not turn off
- If the system uses a photocell, confirm that it is functioning properly.
