If you cannot upload photos, receipts, or documents to an Aquascape website form, the issue may be caused by an unsupported file format, a file that is too large, a browser issue, or an interrupted internet connection.
How to fix a file upload problem
- Check the file format. Make sure the photo or document is saved in a format accepted by the form. Accepted file types may vary.
- Check the file size. Large files may exceed the form's upload limit. Reduce the file size and try again.
- Check the number of attachments. Some forms limit how many files can be uploaded.
- Rename the file. Use a simple file name without special characters or symbols.
- Try another browser. Use an updated version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari.
- Refresh the page. Reload the form and try uploading the attachment again. You may need to reenter your information.
- Check your internet connection. An unstable connection may prevent files from uploading successfully.
Important: File requirements vary by Aquascape form. Review the instructions displayed next to the upload field for accepted formats, file sizes, and attachment limits.
What if the file still won't upload?
