No — Amazon orders cannot be returned directly to Aquascape.
Here’s why:
- Orders placed on Amazon are sold and managed through Amazon’s system, not Aquascape
- Because of this, returns and refunds must go through Amazon, not the manufacturer
What you need to do:
- Go to your Amazon account → Your Orders
- Select the order and follow the return or replacement process
- Use the return label and instructions provided by Amazon
Important notes:
- Aquascape cannot:
- Accept Amazon returns
- Issue refunds for Amazon purchases
- Exchange Amazon orders
- Returns must follow Amazon’s policies and timelines
Exception (after 30 days or product issues):

- Warranty support (with proof of purchase)
