Your Aquascape product may be eligible for support if it arrived missing a part, but orders placed through Amazon are managed through Amazon’s order system.
If your Amazon order arrived incomplete, we recommend first checking your Amazon order details and using Amazon’s return or replacement options. This is usually the fastest way to resolve missing items, especially if the product was recently delivered.
To check your order:
- Log in to your Amazon account
- Go to Your Orders
- Select the Aquascape product
- Review:
- Sold by
- Shipped by
- Use the Problem with order, Return, or Replace item option if available
Amazon orders may be shipped directly by Amazon or by a third-party seller using Amazon’s marketplace. Aquascape does not have access to Amazon order details, customer information, shipping records, or fulfillment information, so we cannot verify or modify the order from our system.
If you only need a specific missing part and do not want to return or replace the full product through Amazon, Aquascape may still be able to help. Please contact us with:
- A copy or screenshot of your Amazon proof of purchase
- A photo of the product received
- A photo of the packaging, if available
- A description or photo showing the part that is missing
Once we review the information, our team can help determine the best next step.
Please note:
- Aquascape cannot issue refunds for Amazon purchases
- Aquascape cannot change, cancel, or replace the Amazon order itself
- If the product appears to have been opened, used, repackaged, or returned before delivery, the item should be handled directly through Amazon
