- Within the first 30 days of purchase:
- You will need to contact Amazon directly
- Amazon handles all returns, replacements, and order-related issues during this period
- After 30 days:
- Your Aquascape product is covered under our manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable)
- You can submit a warranty claim directly with Aquascape by clicking here
Important notes:
- Proof of purchase (Amazon receipt or order confirmation) is required for warranty claims
- Aquascape cannot process returns, refunds, or exchanges for Amazon orders
- Warranty coverage begins after the retailer’s return period has passed
