Aquascape spitters connect to a submersible fountain or statuary pump using flexible tubing. Use the recommended pump size for your specific spitter, since pump requirements vary by model.
Installation
- Place the spitter in the desired location.
- Connect the tubing from the spitter to the appropriate fitting on the pump.
- Place the pump completely underwater in the pond, basin, or fountain.
- Make sure the tubing is not kinked, pinched, or restricted.
- Plug the pump into a properly grounded GFCI-protected outlet.
- Adjust the pump's flow control until the desired water stream is achieved.
Important
- The pump must remain fully submerged while operating.
- Position the spitter so the water returns to the pond, basin, or fountain.
