- Orders are then routed and assigned to a fulfiller (Aquascape or an authorized retailer)
- You will receive a second email with fulfiller details within 24–48 hours
What to expect:
- Processing and assignment typically takes 1–2 business days
- After assignment, the fulfiller begins preparing your order for shipment

Your Aquascape product is ordered directly from Aquascape, but fulfillment is often handled by one of our authorized retailers through our order routing system, Quivers. Orders are assigned to the location best positioned to ship them efficiently—typically a retailer near you.
