While having both a receipt and the product’s date code is preferred, we understand that this information is not always available.
- A warranty claim can still be submitted if you have:
- A valid proof of purchase or
- A readable date code/serial number on the product
- The information provided must show that the product is within the applicable warranty period
- If only a date code is available:
- It will be used to help determine eligibility based on the product’s manufacturing date
