An installation invoice may be accepted as proof of purchase, but only if it includes detailed product information.
- The invoice must include:
- An itemized list of products installed
- The purchase or installation date
- If the invoice only shows:
- A total project cost
- Labor charges without product details
it may not be sufficient for warranty verification
If product details are not listed, you may still be able to proceed by providing a date code or serial number from the product.
