Your Aquascape Smart Control product will not connect to Wi-Fi if there is a power, network, or signal issue.
- Confirm the outlet is supplying power and the GFCI is not tripped
- Verify you are using a 2.4 GHz network (not 5 GHz)
- Check that the Wi-Fi name and password are entered correctly (case-sensitive)
- Ensure strong Wi-Fi signal at the installation location
- Reset the device and attempt pairing again
- Restart your wireless router if connection fails
