Prime your Smart Pond Dosing System XT when first setting it up and whenever you install a new treatment bottle. Priming moves the treatment through the discharge tubing.
- Press and hold the X2 button for 3 seconds until the blue light above the button begins flashing.
- Allow the system to pump treatment through the tubing. This may take several minutes.
- When treatment begins flowing from the end of the discharge tubing, press X2 again to stop priming.
If you do not stop priming manually, it ends automatically after approximately 3 minutes, and the system returns to normal operation.
