High copper levels are usually caused by running the system at too high of a setting.
- To correct:
- Reduce the IonGen level to the lowest setting
- Or unplug the unit temporarily
- If needed:
- Perform a partial water change to lower copper faster
- Resume operation once levels are below 0.25 ppm
