1. Disconnect Power
- Turn off and unplug the Automatic Dosing System to ensure safety while working on the unit.
2. Open the Enclosure
- Carefully open the system enclosure to access the internal components.
- Locate the existing discharge tubing connected to the control panel.
3. Remove the Old Tubing
- Gently disconnect the old tubing from its attachment points on the control panel.
- Ensure that no residue or blockages remain in the connectors.
4. Install the New Tubing
- Attach the new tubing securely to the control panel.
- Verify all connections are tight to prevent leaks.
5. Reconnect the Power
- Plug the Automatic Dosing System back in and ensure the power is restored.
6. Prime the System
- To prime the system and push the treatment through the new tubing:
- Press and hold the x2 button for 3 seconds.
- Observe the tubing to ensure proper flow and that the treatment is moving through without issues.
7. Final Checks
- Verify there are no leaks or loose connections.
- Ensure the system is functioning correctly by monitoring the discharge process.
