Replacing treatments in your Aquascape Automatic Dosing System is a straightforward process. Follow these steps to ensure proper operation:
Step 1: Remove the Old Treatment Bottle
- Open the enclosure and locate the current treatment bottle.
- Disconnect the dosing line from the bottle.
- Carefully lift the old treatment bottle out of the enclosure.
- Remove the intake assembly that extends into the bottle.
Step 2: Prepare the New Treatment Bottle
- Take the new treatment bottle and remove its cap.
- Peel off and discard the seal from the bottle opening.
- Insert the intake assembly securely into the new bottle.
Step 3: Install the New Treatment Bottle
- Place the new treatment bottle into the enclosure, ensuring it is seated properly.
- Reconnect the dosing line to the intake assembly.
Step 4: Prime the System
- Hold down the x2 button on the dosing system for 3 seconds until the blue light begins to flash.
- This primes the system, pushing the treatment through the tubing and ensuring it is ready for use.
Step 5: Restart the System
- Once priming is complete, restart the system to resume normal dosing operation.
