To replace the control panel, follow these steps:
1. Disconnect the Power Source
- Ensure the dosing system is completely powered off by unplugging it from its power source.
- This step is crucial for your safety and to prevent any electrical hazards.
2. Remove the Top Component
- Carefully remove the top cover of the dosing system to expose the underside of the control panel.
- Ensure you have a clean and organized workspace to prevent misplacing parts.
3. Disconnect the Tubing
- Gently disconnect the tubing from the top component of the control panel.
- Take note of the tubing configuration to simplify reassembly.
4. Install the New Control Panel
- Place the new control panel in position and reconnect the tubing securely.
- Reverse the removal process to attach the top component back to the system.
5. Reconnect the Power Source
- Plug the system back into its power source.
6. Test the System
- Power on the dosing system and verify that the new control panel is functioning as intended.
- Check all connections for leaks or improper installation.
