No. A UV clarifier will improve water clarity by eliminating green water algae, but it will not fully clean the pond.
It does not:
- Remove debris or sludge
- Replace filtration
- Control string algae
A complete pond system requires mechanical filtration, biological filtration, and proper circulation in addition to UV clarification.
