UV clarifiers are sized based on pond volume and flow rate.
Each unit has:
- A maximum pond size rating
- A maximum flow rate
To select the correct size:
- Match the unit to your pond’s total gallons (liters)
- Ensure your pump flow does not exceed the unit’s maximum rated flow
Using a unit that is too small or running too much flow through it will reduce effectiveness.
