An Aquascape Pro Air compressor may overheat when airflow is restricted.
Check for:
- Kinked or pinched airline tubing
- A clogged diffuser membrane
- A blocked or dirty air inlet filter
- Incorrectly installed check valves
- Excessive restriction in the airline system
If airflow is severely restricted, turn the compressor off and correct the restriction before operating it again.
Adequate airflow through the system helps cool the compressor during operation.
