Prime your Dosing System SL during initial setup and whenever you install a new treatment bottle. Priming pushes treatment through the outlet tubing so it can reach the water feature.
Prime the system
- With the treatment bottle connected and the system powered on, press and hold the setting button for 3 seconds.
- Release the button when the blue light below the setting number begins flashing. The system is now in priming mode.
- Watch the end of the discharge tubing. Treatment may take a few minutes to travel through the tubing.
- Once treatment begins discharging, press the setting button to exit priming mode. If left running, priming mode stops automatically when its cycle finishes and the system returns to normal operation.
Temperature limit: Do not operate the Dosing System SL below 40°F (4°C). An internal thermostat shuts off the dosing pump below this temperature.
