If your Aquascape warranty claim is denied, the product is not eligible for repair, replacement, refund, or credit under the warranty claim.
A warranty claim may be denied if the product does not show evidence of a manufacturing defect or if the issue is caused by something excluded from the product's warranty, such as misuse, improper application, lack of reasonable maintenance, or other conditions specified in the applicable product warranty.
If you sent the product to Aquascape for inspection and the claim is denied, the product can be returned to you. You may be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to you.
The reason for the warranty denial will depend on the product and the results of the warranty evaluation.
