If Aquascape determines that a product has a manufacturing defect covered under warranty, Aquascape may, at its option, repair the product, replace the product, or refund the original purchase price.
Warranty coverage does not generally include damage caused by misuse, improper installation or application, lack of reasonable maintenance, or normal wear.
