Aquascape products purchased through online marketplaces may be covered by warranty only when the product was purchased new from an authorized Aquascape dealer or retailer.
This includes purchases made through marketplaces such as Amazon Marketplace, eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, auction websites, and other third-party resale platforms.
To qualify for warranty coverage:
- The product must have been purchased new.
- The seller must have been an authorized Aquascape dealer or retailer at the time of purchase.
- Proof of purchase is required to verify the purchase and seller.
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not covered under the Aquascape warranty.
The warranty also does not cover products purchased as:
- Used or previously owned
- Refurbished
- Open-box
- Private-party sales
