No. A product replaced under an Aquascape warranty claim does not receive a new warranty period.
The warranty continues from the original product’s purchase date or applicable product date code. Receiving a replacement does not restart or extend the original warranty period.
For example, if a product has a three-year warranty and is replaced after two years, the replacement would generally remain covered for the one year remaining on the original warranty, not for a new three-year period.
If the replacement product develops a problem while the original warranty period is still active, another warranty claim may be submitted for review. Once the original warranty period has expired, the replacement is no longer eligible for warranty coverage under that original purchase.
