IonGen System G1 replacement parts
The original IonGen G1 system uses an earlier probe and connection arrangement.
The G1 and G1.5 configurations use a connection that attaches directly at the probe, while the G2 uses a probe with an attached cable and a quick-connect fitting at the opposite end.
Replacement components for original G1 systems must be identified using the system's original configuration and applicable parts documentation.
Do not assume that G1, G1.5, and G2 probes or controllers are interchangeable.
How do I identify the correct IonGen replacement part?
Before purchasing a replacement part:
- Identify your IonGen generation. Determine whether your system is G1, G1.5, or G2.
- Confirm your country. U.S. and Canadian G2 systems use different replacement probe item numbers.
- Inspect the probe connection. Check whether the electrical cable connects directly to the probe or whether the cable is permanently attached to the probe with a quick-connect fitting at the opposite end.
- Verify the part number. Match the replacement component to your system generation and country before ordering.
