The Signature Series 1000 Pond Skimmer is the only Aquascape Signature Series skimmer designed to accommodate two pumps. The Signature Series 200 and 400 Pond Skimmers are designed for single-pump installations.
- Signature Series 1000 Pond Skimmer — Item #43022: Accommodates two pumps.
- Signature Series 400 Pond Skimmer — Item #43021: Designed for one pump.
- Signature Series 200 Pond Skimmer — Item #43020: Designed for one pump.
When installing two pumps in a Signature Series 1000 Pond Skimmer:
- Each pump connects to a separate plumbing outlet.
- The combined pump flow must not exceed 10,000 GPH (37,850 LPH).
- Both pumps must fit inside the skimmer and have sufficient water to operate properly.
Note: If both plumbing outlets are used for pumps, installing an optional overflow requires an additional opening and bulkhead fitting. Refer to the Signature Series 1000 Pond Skimmer installation manual for additional information.
